Not trying to attempt to give this thread any credibility when there's no proof but don't a lot of WA players get some leeway to stay an extra day or something every now and then?

Clearly a possibility but that seems to be more when we have had Thurs or Fri night games here. Times where there is a longer gap before the next game.

Yeah sometimes. I've seen a couple of Brisbane boys from WA get to stay back an extra day or two to catch up with family.

And they all promptly took that extra day and let their family convince them to come home.

We do the same for our interstate guys, it just makes sense, especially playing early in the week.
