Well i can always waiver them. Ive got the two defenders to lottery the DB2 a d LB2 slot.

1. All 16 people to accept their email invites and join.
2. Dixie Flatline to put all the people in their correct divisions and set the schedule
3. Dixie to kick the season off, waiver period

Then, you can pick up a West player from waivers.

Yahoo usually also allows you send the league id and password. So pm them that and they should be able to sign up.
