I may have found a work-around for the sub glitch.

However, it was AFL Live 1 I was playing, and haven't tried it on AFL2.

One time, during half-time, I wanted to make a number of positional moves. During this, I activated the sub, and subbed someone else off. I then continued to make a couple of moves.

When I went back in, the game still worked, and didn't lock up.

I wonder if the sub glitch happens if you (a) activate it during play, and or (b) only activate the sub, and not make other moves as well.

It seemed like the game didn't lock up because I made other moves around activating the sub (which may just read it as another move), and also I did it during a break.

I don't want to risk trying it a second time. Can someone try this, and see if this works. If so, tell me, and I might post on some game sites as a solution to the sub glitch.

Here's how it works:-

Move player
Move player
Activate sub
Move player
Move player.

You can do as many as you like, as long as you don't move the sub first or last. Try it, and see if it works.
