That spoil he did in the third, covering about 20 meters to get to the Bomber (don't even remember who) that was on his own in the their forward 50 was sensational. Couldn't ask for more, especially given it negated a team mate's defensive lapse that would have been a certain goal.

I beg to differ.
Maybe you mean he is not a flashy forward or does not accumulate a large number of possessions.

Gun. His closing speed is incredible, there were times where it looked like an Essendon player would mark on the lead, but Frost just spoiled the ball. He was unlucky to not get upgraded last season, but he will get what he deserves. Great stopper.
