Jake Stringer - Career Goals

Goal 14 is my favourite. Not only was it a great game, but seeing Macrae and him work so well together, and then that little "thankyou" gesture before he kicked it was great. And then seeing him look for Macrae afterwards to celebrate - I love what these two have.

Couldn't be bothered to find another thread.

Jake and Ollie played at the Bendigo Pioneers together right? Did they ever lose a clearance when they were in the middle? They're both freaks.
Stringer 'struggled' with his leg injury most of his pioneers years I think.

Up 179 places from where he was in Round 2.

Since my first post in this thread, he's gone up over 2400 spots.

Heard Stringer was subbed due to a hammy injury. Any news on this?
Stringer said it was just a cramp and he'll play next week (Fox Footy post-match interview); Beveridge said in the presser that it was just a bit of soreness in the hammy and they decided to manage him.

I often tell of a little anecdote I received from someone close to Ollie about Stringer being an arrogant and cocky version of Wines. Both were the gun footballers but Stringer was seen as a bit of a dickhead while Wines was always very popular.
