Confirmation bias no doubt - he saw Goldstein was on the field and thought "well he is the best ruckman in the competition: 2 votes" without actually thinking about it.gave Todd Goldstein 2 votes on the weekend after being outplayed by Sandilands. funny how that draws Goldstein within 3 votes of fyfe in the herald sun voting. very convenient. maybe the worst judge in football at the present time in all issues. him and Mark stevens just scream NO IDEA or perhaps they should work for NEW IDEA
It is a very, very strong field with enormous amounts of form and upside. He's definitely a chance of running in the top 3, but with A Graders like Barrett and co in the field - I'd need oddsBEEP BEEP BEEP, Truck reversing.
That is Jon Ralph for you. Absolutely one of the worst journalists in footy going around.
And totally incapable of admitting he speaks s**tThis arrogant boofhead is the epitome of everything I despise about journalism. A self professed expert who is totally dismissive of anyone who dares take a contrary point of view. His arrogance is surpassed only by his lack of knowledge of the game. Zero personality as well.
Tried this on the main board but didn't go down well & was shut down in record time and have no idea why.
We love to pot those in the media when we don't like them but rarely ever give props when they do q good job.
Ralphy has really come good in the past couple of years and presents informative, factual and well balanced commentary and news on the game. In the beginning he was on par with his contemporaries in Barrett and Wilson and looked set to become a shock jock. Working alongside and being mentored by sports media luminaries in McGuire on Fox and Bartlett on Sen the BuZometer has seen him flourish as a senior football analyzer.
I didn't think you would make it Ralphy but hats off to you for pulling the head in and talking about the things that matter in footy- let's hope other youngsters coming in to the game follow in your footysteps. Thanks also to Eddie, Kevin, Dermott and Mclure.
