Lamaros' Footy Bets 2013-15

Another okay week (Geelong has destroyed me this season - it feels like half my losses come from them). Up something like 39 units YTD.

This week doesn't look like much. Looks like a line betting week, and I don't really like betting lines.

Some speculation on Adelaide and GC might be worth a look. Maybe WC. Will depends on teams.
 
Bleh. Moving house and forgot to bet. Looks like I might have already missed out on the best value of the round.

1.5U Melb +67.5 @ 2.00
2U GC @ 4.60
2U Carlton -19.5 @ 1.97
2U North -15.5 @ 1.92

Lots of lines. Dunno what I'm thinking!

Oh well. I slightly lose out after commission. Looks a little more promising this week.

None of the more speculative picks got up, but the others didn't let me down. The rest of the Carlton bet got matched.

Up ~50U YTD.

Thats like a $1.09 line for $2.00...surely rubbish.

Edit: NEver mind was looking at the wrong week!

I've put on a lot of other bets too. Line bets. Will post them later because I'm on my phone.

I may have gone on tilt after last weekend.

So I'm doing this again this year.

It has been a good start so far, however I don't want to fall foul of the 'don't post bets after the fact' rules, so I'll just go with:

UP about 24U so far.

This coming week I'm going to keep a close eye on the odds for:

Carlton, who are still a little under-valued despite improving a lot ($3 +).
Melbourne, who are performing much better and could catch a side like Adelaide (who are up and down and not top level) out ($8 +).
Essendon and Fremantle, who have struggled with injuries and form after 6 days breaks and hot weather but are decent teams that should win. However it doesn't look like the market is fooled. ($1.50/$1.60 +)
North, who are still up and down and could fall against GC if they click ($4 + for GC).
Richmond, who can surprise at the G, especially if they get some players back, and could tempt. (Past $5).

And yeah. I don't like betting lines, but there's not much on offer to this week otherwise, and I'm pretty comfortable about these.
