This may surprise you, but all victims of sexual assault don't feel they can come forward straight away. This isn't unusual at all.

In all seriousness, the calls of "Culture" MAY in fact be somewhat accurate. It isnt uncommon for people from different cultures to come to Australia and not realise that people, especially Women, are treated different here than what they may be elsewhere.

Sometimes differences in Cultures can lead to situations that most of us consider sexual assault.
