Hi all.
I've been teaching for a couple of years now and I've started to consider going back to study a Masters of Educational Leadership.
Without sounding too arrogant, I've been given some pretty good opportunities at my school so far and I'd like to see myself advancing further up the ladder at schools, particularly in the area of student management. Is the Masters of Educational Leadership worthwhile in this regard? If anyone has completed this course, I'd love to hear about it.
