Big arms, nice tan line
Is this after a bulk or cut or where you at when taking these photos Whomb?

Mind if I ask how that happened?
you don't want to know...
Neither, and both.
Since I posted my profile (when was it, October?) I haven't been either one way with "gotta get huuuuuuge" or "gotta get shrrrrrreddded!".
The goal's been to regain the mass that I'd lost since leaving uni, as well as lose the body fat I'd put on (probably a good 5%+).
So it's meant eating more every day (3000 calories as a minimum), with more of everything (protein, complex carbs, healthy fats), less crap (coke, chocolate, Mickey D's), and some form of cardio every day, including a quick power walk each morning before breakky.
I find this works best for me. I know putting on muscle and losing fat is possible, I've done it plenty of times, it's just a much slower process.
And I prefer it this way, as I find if I do either I tend to go overboard (the fat that comes with a "bulk", or the muscle loss that comes with a "cut").
That's another thing KA, there is middle ground in betweem 'bulking' and 'cutting'
Re: Member Profiles
Just quoting to see if there has been any improvement.
With work, uni and footy atm I'm trying to get in the gym 4 times a week. With less training sessions, and me being more inclined to drink and disregard diet these days on the weekends, I'm just going for strength.
I'm currently doing 160kg deads x 3, 130kg squat x 4 and 45kg with the dumbbells.
I'm at 72kgs atm.
Body type: i guess i would say Meso (used to be skinny fat..but hated my pregnant belly..)
Qualifications in the industry: none as of yet.
Supplements: whey protein, creatine (i get all my supps for free atm), multi, fishoil, joint support and everynow and again some controlled labs
Diet: Eat what i feel like with a large emphsis on hitting 220g-250g protein per day, (a lot of roo, eggs, steak, tuna, beans, weetbix, chicken, dairy, whey)
Goals: be a better footballer, be 82-85kg @10% bf in the long run
Sport played: Football(first season)
Squat -125 x 8, 145 x 1
Deads -155 x 10 (touch n go), 180 x 1
Bench - 90 x 7, 110 x 1
OHP - 75 x 1

Weight: 97kg atm .. leanest 90 (previously 160kg)
Body type: endo
Qualifications in the industry: none...
Supplements: usually whey ( previously used casein but now just have whey/eggwhites with a fat to slow the digestion) .. and when the budget allows.. bcaas creatine ect .. and the usually staples multis fishoils blah blah..
Diet: prob last 4 months eating like a pig .. but havnt really put on much fat .. if anything put a few kgs around the waist..
usually when "cutting" i follow a keto diet which i find sits well with me ... but prefer a balanced diet with carbs around my workout and fats at night .. protein throughout the day ..
Goals: get the bodyfat as low as possible .. how low can you go
Sport played: none yet .. hopefully have a kick soon..
OLD ME ! .. left one incase u didnt know... lol
Side Shot.. this is kind of old .. EK!
also .. would like to shout out guys like KONG and CPTKIRK .. guys provide quality info on these forums and people should be grateful they share so much quality information..
great transformation, dude. Congrats.
Still a cougar mate?
nah mate, never actually played myself .. wouldnt mind having a kick in the 2's .. my brother plays there so im always around the club..
you play mate??
Didn't play last year due to work, uni and niggling injuries that I cbf'd with anymore... I've had a look in at the amateurs over the past few weeks. Looks like playing 3rds could be the go.. Train once a week if I can make it, and play when I can on the weekend.
I already have a wedding in Sydney, a trip away to the Gold Coast to watch North play and a North pre game function booked, so there's 3 games right there I can't play, hence the laid back 3rds approach.
Sometimes I feel a little guilty for providing so much advice when I'm not quite in the shape that I used to be, but it's still all the same.
yeah I understand when it comes to work and uni that stuff kills ya! mate last night I was on the forums just checking out local leagues to see whats out there. Id love to play at the cougars but they got a fair few players so dont think id even get a game in the 2's! My cardio is horrible .. to be honest ive never really done cardio which is a poor effort.. gotta step it up if i wanna get serious! Wouldnt mind just sitting in the square or a pocket and try snag a few goals..
Mate im sure they would rather take your advice than some blokes on the forums these days.. some blokes advice are just pure crap! A lot of guys talk but do they practice what they preach?
I am sure you will be back to where you were soon ... and even better!
could slot into the 2's at south yarra me thinks if he can in fact slot some sausages
Kong's on an extended bulk
