I think a couple of conditional picks would be fine TBH. If you ended up giving them a 2018 and 2019 pick its not the end of the world.

Zach Lowe reckon it's a sellers market with all the teams in the East in the hunt and all the strong teams in the West doing bad.

I hope so because it would really be good to get something for Martin before deadline, even a 2nd Rounders. Another trade involving one or more of Pek/Bazz/Deign and if Payne/Rudez get thrown in then wont cry.

We're still rebooting so don't care if the get another high draft pick.

Just more concerned about Mitchell and wtf he is teaching these kids. Because they're non-existent on defence and their offence is stuck in the early 90s.

How many teams have beaten us and managed to hit 10+ 3 pointers per game? Denver scorched us twice. Cleveland buried us having Smith/Iman get just a tonne of open shots.


We have a HUGE problem with closing out and going under screens. we have a bunch of talented 2 guards but effort is something we don't lack. Honestly. we need to move Martin, Then one of Shabazz/Lavine has to go. It's bad enough Wiggins is pretty lazy on D. Shabazz ball watches and just doesn't have great defensive awareness. Lavine looks disinterested at times.

We have 4 SG's right now who can't drive, 3 who can't do anything but drive aggressively. and thats our "Strength". Thank * for Towns.

Can only hope we luck into Simmons but even then combining him down the road in a team with Wiggins/KAT is going to be a headache.

We need players that can defend who aren't 50. Right now half our team are liabilities on the D.

Honestly the only player I feel confident about in any way going forward are Rubio/Towns/Wiggins. At least Dieng/Shabazz/LaVine look like they could be regular players but they all have their glaring problems and who knows that's going on with Pek.

The team just looks so unbalanced and I wouldn't care too much about all the losses if it didn't look like Mitchell is coaching them to be stars of the 90's, which is far more concerning, especially for the youngsters if this is how their game ends up developing.

We actually played a proper lineup in the fourth - Rubio/Wiggins/Muhammad/Bjelica/Towns - and funnily enough outscored Dallas 21-18 on 8-14 shooting in the last eight minutes of the game. Hopefully we see a bit more of that group. Limited defensively but at least it's balanced and doesn't rely on Wiggins/Towns to do everything on offence.
