Well done team and congrats from me. It's gonna be game on from the first bounce next week so get plentya rest, plentya rubs and plentya insight into our opponents (Freo) ... expecting us to play them in the Granny as well.

It's amazing how often 1st fails to win the flag really, especially as they get to start the finals campaign in the prime position, so while it doesn't mean anything going into finals, it's a great effort to finish the season 17-5 after starting 1-3.
And it's not just the fact our win loss column was 1-3 either, we've seen plenty of sides overcome slow starts, it's the way we were playing...it was by far some of the most insipid, atrocious football by any swans team in recent memory. Looked a disorganised rabble, copping plenty of deserved criticism from everywhere.

So to turn that start into probably the most dominant H & A season by a swans side ever is a remarkable achievement and a lot of credit has to go to the coaches and players. Although at the same time, it's probably going to make it all that much harder to take if we don't bring home the cup the year.
