In Round 19 of the 1979 WAFL season, East Fremantle defeated Subiaco 40.11 (251) to 20.7 (127). This is still East Fremantle's record score in the WAFL, plus the match aggregate of 60.18 (378) is still the most points scored by both teams in a WAFL game. The other amazing feature of this game is the scoring accuracy of both teams, with 76% of all scoring shots being goals. Is this the highest accuracy for a top level game where both teams scored at least 100 points?

The best for the AFL has been:
Adelaide 21.4-130 vs Essendon 18.6-114 in round 11 2009. (39.10-244 - 79.6%)

Actually it wasn't East Fremantle who kicked that score it was Swan Districts, and it remains Swans highest ever score. This game is the 3rd most accurate game where teams have had a combined 15 scoring shots and 2nd most accurate where both teams have scored over 100 points. Incidentally East Fremantle kicked 32.23(215) vs West Perth in round 19, 1979 which is their 2nd highest score behind the 33.23(221) they kicked vs South Fremantle in the 'underage' league in 1944.

The most accurate WAFL combined scores happened in round 8,2013 between East Fremantle 21.3(129) and West Perth 24.8(152) a combined accuracy rate of 80.36%.

Thanks to Graham's question, I've now added the most accurate and least accurate combined scores where teams have had at least 15 combined scoring shots to my site (link below)

The best scoring accuracy I can find in the SANFL, with both teams scoring 100, is from round 25, 1995:
Port Adelaide 29.9 (183) vs. Woodville-West Torrens 18.5 (113); an accuracy of 77.04%.

Not exactly top level, but Yea kicked 23.2 (140) to Yarra Junction 10.1 (61) on 12 July 2008. This represented an accuracy rate of 91.7%.

The most accurate instance I can find from a major Tasmanian league is this one from the NTFL played on May 13, 1989.

Burnie 22.7 (139) vs. Latrobe 19.8 (122), an accuracy of 73.21%.

In the VFA, the highest accuracy I found occurred in a Division Two match played on 21 April 1985:
Oakleigh 26.7 (163) vs. Dandenong 24.8 (152), an accuracy of 76.92%

Perhaps this is also the best accuracy rate anywhere for a game where both teams scored over 150 points!

For the top division, the best accuracy where both teams topped the ton occurred way back on 28 April 1951 in a match played at the Beach Road ground:
Sandringham 20.8 (128) vs. Port Melbourne 20.5 (125), an accuracy of 75.47%
