    Hey guys,
I've been looking to buy some of the Adidas Swingmen Hardwood Classic jerseys. I have a mate who has a Swingman Adidas Derrick Rose jersey in Adult Small but it's a little too big for me.
I've been searching everywhere for the measurements for Youth L and XL jerseys but all I can find out is that it's size 18-20 which is pretty useless info.
The Adult Small jerseys measurements are:
Neck - 8 and three quarter inches
    Armband - 11 and a half inches
    Width - 20 and a half inches
Length - 31 and three quarter inches
    I need a bit smaller.

After emailing the NBA store (who are so ****ing useless it's incredible) and looking everywhere I thought I'd come here. Pretty sure a lot of people here have some decent jersey collections if I remember correctly.
So can anyone tell me the measurements for the Adidas Swingman Youth XL jerseys? Even just length and width?
Can anyone even just confirm for me that the Youth XL is smaller than the Adult Small?
If anyone can help me out here I would be so thankful.
    Cheers guys :thumbsu:

Hey mate, thanks so much! Those measurements sound about perfect for me. And it's an Adidas Swingman?

Sure is. I can do the neck and cuff measurements if you like?

It's one of the ones with the elastic cuffs and rounded neck (see Paul Pierce <<<), which probably 50% of them are. Which jersey are you after?

    Arm: 9 inches

I took those measurements straight across from corner to corner, not sure if that's it's meant to be done, but yeah.

Also, I'd strongly suggest using eBay, NBA store postage is ridiculous.

Hmmm thanks mate, seems like the arm and neck holes are significantly smaller than on the adult sizes..
In terms of eBay are there any reputable sellers with a big range that I should be looking at going through or am I better off just looking for individual jerseys?

There was a guy on there kf_penguin who was absolutely awesome, but he has disappeared from the bay. A couple of people on here added him on msn and he does good deals, have a look through the old jersey threads and try to find it I'd suggest.

But really, there are heaps of sellers that have sold lots with good feedback, so you almost certainly won't get burned. If your not sure about it, just post the link here so others can check it out to see if it's legit.

Yep but only just, can still get away with it but it's not super comfortable, and it's pretty short (I intentionally got it shorter than a normal jersey, because they are like dresses, but this is a tad too short). In real terms it's actually not that bad, but for a basketball jersey it's just a bit too tight.

I think those measurements might be selling it a little short though, it seems like the 'armband' measurement might be a curved measurement in which case it's 11 inches.

Well I'm only 5"8 so it sounds like that size would fit me well, and I do want to wear it pretty much like a normal singlet. Cheers mate

I may aswell extend the question to anyone..
Have people bought from the eBay seller gunso.wa before (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260526776703&_trksid=p2759.l1259)
Looks like he might not sell youth sizes though
Also looking at kingjerseys.com which seems to be kf_penguins site, not sure if he does youth sizes either though

If you are 5'8" with average build Youth L would be perfect for you.

I have adult medium Joe replica with +2 length. Gangster style. Their medium is about what I'd call a large in our sizing.

Does anyone no whether it's possible to get an adults swingman jersey that isn't 'length plus 2', and adulst small or medium would fit me fine it's just that they're ridiculously long

Not that I know of either.

I should also add that I managed to get my hands on all the youth size measurements from the NBA store - so if anyone wants them just let me know

Can you post the youth XL measurements so I can compare them with Adult S?

Thanks mate, worked fine. Looks like youth XL would be about right, because I can never find adult S anyway - most sell from M upwards, not sure why.

Just putting this here as I can't reply via private message to chronoxg3 as he is a new member.

    Hi mate,
Glad you found the thread helpful - I know how impossible it is to find info on the youth sizes!
The youth L fits quite well - the only little thing is that the neck hole and arm holes are quite small and quite close together. Still I much prefer it's fit compared to adult size.
I have uploaded the sizing chart again here for you: http://rapidshare.com/files/394296475/Youth_Jersey_Size_Chart.pdf.html
    Hopefully it works!

Sorry to be a new guy dragging up an old thread, but it is bloody impossible to find the actual sizes of the youth jersey sizing.

So if it isnt too much trouble would you be able to upload it again or even email it to me at: dennisgregory85@gmail.com

Thank you so much in advance!

I'm 175cm and about 67kg and a Youth XL is right for me, I could probably even get away with a Young L.

    Adult Small is too big.
