Cahill was always going to just 2 years and Primus finished 3 and 5 wins in those years... Showed no improvement at all in the time he took over in 2010 to when he was sacked in 2012. Hardly comparable to a coach that has made it to a prelim and will probably make the 8 this year

Not a heap of north games. Not on TV a whole lot here. But honestly, when I do see north, swallow isn't doing a whole lot, except against Adelaide. Not saying he isn't a good player

I actually tipped North to win by 6. They won by 7. Adelaide are so predictable to be honest, they have been for so many years in big games.

I never usually get into commentator bashing but that combination of Basil and Hame will give me nightmares for many weeks. So much wrong with them but Basil was at his worst at the end, went something like this "1:32 to go, Adelaide's whole season resting on what transpires in the next minute and a half.... but they are still not out of it if they lose today"

It was the worst display of commentating from those two I have ever heard.

I went to the Bairnsdale RSL the volume was off on the tv, drinking large amounts of $7.20 pints of Carlton Draft. Best game I have watched in years without the constant crap from so called commentators.
