Like a work in progress. He is only a kid but he has some tools that might mean he makes it. He is quite agile, has good hands, makes quick decisions and kicks it a mile. Needs to get a bit stronger in the core to hold his ground. Would hope he can hide at BH for a couple of years and then see what we have.Cheers for that. Lachie Langford played twos also according to the twitter feed.
How did Pittonet look?
Thanks for that, nice write upWhiteX was awesome geez u forget how good he was before his injury. Took a couple of great marks flying with the flight of the ball especially hard with it blowing a gale out there today great courage and skill. His kicking and decision making were sublime.
Simpkin is the model of consistency you can count on his output great player to have on the list as a role player
Billy Hartung looking a lot better now across the ground making good decisions and executing. He was trying to do too much earlier in the pre season.
Spangh was definitely rusty needed the hitout got outmarked quite a few times mis judging the flight.
Heatherley worked hard at the contest still learning.
Woody really worked his way into the game made characteristic blues kicking the ball early which improved in the second half. Had a good game
Schoey hardly sighted in the first half had a much better second half
Hale also a slow started but was great in the ruck and forward. only played one half.
Leather lounge once again played well across the 4 qtrs after starting slowly.
Pittonet played in the ruck still immature and learning put his body on the line at the contest.
Grimley Fair to say that it was a better than average game from grimmers today. Still had some grimley moments thrown in there.
Daniel Howe I wouldn't say it was one of his best games played across half back struggle with the body contests against the bigger willi forwards.
Willsmore This guy has the hallmarks of a Hawthorn player in his kicking still needs to learn to defend and tackle. His finishing is really good.
David Mirra and Mitch O'donnell were the best VFL listed box hill players for Dave playing his characteristic game across half back and O'Donnell tough and hard in the middle.
A satisfactory hitout given the heat in the game. It didn't look like a practice match given the pressure being put on the ball carrier a great game leading into round 1. Looking forward to the coming season.
Won.
Webster not listed to play for either side, hope he hasn't got more of the hammy issues that plagued him last year.
Love to hear how Whitecross, Heatherley, Howe and Miles went.
Seniors. Was ok. Nothing special.Did Hardisty play seniors or seconds?
Yeah forgot about him and TOb nothing special from them todayDid Hardisty play seniors or seconds?

Only saw the last quarter. He played ruck and FF. The blustery conditions made it tough for big guys so did not see him get the ball much. At least he ran out the game. Funny how he looks so much bigger in the development squad yet JML looked smaller.Anyone see how Shem went?
Nope was struggling to get there for the seniors just got there two minutes inThanks for the great write up did you catch any of the DS?
Played as a forwardWhere did Schoe play?
