Surely one of you guys has the inside scoop on membership

I was at the club on Thursday with Lockhart Road and the counter in the megastore said 49,500. I just think the mad rush was for access to showdown - there will be a plateau and then the club will push the 10 games for $175 general admin left and plenty of great games left for the 3 gamer membership angle.

I bought a 3 gamer - realistically I have a lot of commitments these days and its not easy to get to games - or rally my group of mates to actually attend together (were at that age when there is a wedding, bucks show or engagement party on most weekends). After going to the showdown, I'm thinking I'll probably buy a second one mid season - the bucks shows can go to the footy

You can upgrade that for the rest of the season to a full general admin for as little as $75 - as per what Benny D from membership or Matthew Richardson told me a couple of weeks ago.

Camries want to go back to AAMI already. They don't seem to realise that the move to AO was part of the reason that Demetriou and Foley managed to get the licences out of the SNAFL's hands. And they're not going to let the cows turn their back on SA's $585M investment just because they can't cut the mustard.

Norwood deserve more than centrals. We can't support 3 teams

Excuse my ignorance, REH does the club make money from the after-match 'festivities' in the William Magarey Room?

Given there has only been 1 I have no idea if they made money but I suspect so. But how they would, I have no idea unless there is a timer on the cash register and the cost of staff from a certain time is costed in. Originally the crows and Port were going to hold shows in the new indoor cricket centre between the back of the western and southern stands. That would have been easy to control costs and revenue. Not sure how they do it at the Magarey room. The whole idea was the clubs would get that income stream.

But the crows have dumped that idea too - pretty sure they did below for the swans game, which is a cut and paste for the GWS game
