With my third draft pick I'm selecting the young quick Josh Hazlewood to partner Mitch Johnson with the new ball.
Having started a promising ODI career well to average 23.10 over his first six matches, Hazlewood also averages 26.18 over 27 FC games with 90 wickets. Capable of being a genuine quick who swings the ball around at 140+kph, the right hander is a perfect partner to Johnson in opening the bowling.

With my fourth pick of the draft, I'll be picking Ed Cowan, the in form man on the domestic scene to partner Chris Rogers as the other opening batsman. A veteran of 18 Tests averaging a 31.28, although you can argue he's a much improved batsman since his last spell in the side. Currently leading all comers he has hit 590 runs over 9 innings at 65.55 converting his form into four centuries. If you've ever read anything written by him you'd see that he has an amazing cricket brain and is a very handy short leg fielder.
