Hall of Famer
perhaps, but the performance is minimised when we're still playing spuds like Christian

Interesting to hear Cosgrove has lost 16 kgs in an effort to play for Australia. Finally, after all these years, the message has sinked in.
Where are these Head rumours coming from?
As far as I know he's still under contract.I heard the rumour, from someone else who said it was a rumour haha. I'm thinking it's true though tbh
Is Luke Towers still in WA?WA really need to poach someone, North is a huge loss and we don't have any inspiring local options to come in.
Cazzulino? Reardon? They're the two openers that aren't getting a gameWA really need to poach someone, North is a huge loss and we don't have any inspiring local options to come in.

Source ?Klinger has signed with WA until at least the end of the 2015-16 season. Fairly happy with this.
Andrew McDonald, Chadd Sayers, Joe Mennie, Phil Hughes and Michael Klinger will return to the Redbacks for the 2014/15 season on existing contracts.

Herrick is out of contract with the Vics
Don't know what the chances are of Klinger staying with the Adelaide Strikers, pretty small i'd say
Katich out, Klinger in? Would jump at that, with all due respect to Kat.Probably nil based on his comments here - http://www.cricket.com.au/news/news...ael-klinger-stung-by-south-australia-comments
Pretty poor by SA - this is the sort of thing that could come back and bite them in the ass. Don't think the Scorchers will have room for him - would like the Renegades to have a crack.
Whilst it's good to hear Head and K.Smith will get more opportunity next year, it's not great hearing that this will leave a bitter taste for Klinger, who has been a massive reason for building this side up. I still think Klinger would have been a regular for us in all forms next year, but beyond that who knows, can see why SACA couldn't guarantee his future, and wish him all the best with WA.
Disappointing there is a bit of fallout though.
