A couple more, just because it's fun:

Mick Malthouse to be sacked after going winless in the first 7 rounds. Caretaker to only pick up one win for the rest of the season.

Dom Tyson to win Brownlow Medal (let's face it, nobody picked Matt Priddis to win)

Cunnington to win Norm Smith Medal in a losing side.

- A game will stopped because of a bomb threat causing a stadium evacuation.
- A team from outside the top four will make the GF.
- A team will be brought under notice for over use of the grounds PA system.

1. A star player will be killed in a car crash during the season.
2. A star player will controversially quit mid year from a Top 4 contender.
3. A former premiership team will be caught breaching the salary cap and be stripped of its premiership.

1) N Riewoldt retires halfway through season due to injury
2) Gwilt, chapman and cooney to play a combined 15 games for the bombers
3) Crows to make top 4 replacing freo

Sorry!! got on a roll and just kept going!!

Fremantle will miss the top 8.

Carlton get a bottom 4 spot.

2 senior coaches will be sacked before the end of the year.

Ruckman gets goal of the year.

Brisbane make the 8.

Rising star winner comes from a team in the top 8.

Brownlow winner comes from team in bottom 6.

Come on, bold predictions please...

Buckley or Malthouse to resign or be fired.

Pies to finish 10th or worse.

We will se an outcome to the Essendon/Asada saga.

1. Hawthorn will start the season 3-2 but still win the premiership.
2. Gold Coast will finish the H&A top four but be bundled out of finals in straight sets.
3. Tom Boyd will kick 40+ goals but still face plenty of contempt and ridicule due to his contract.

Gwilt, Chapman and Cooney to star for Essondon.

Stephen Hill to be an AA and win the Norm Smith finally ending the shitfight of which Hill brother is better.

Fremantle to finish 4th but win the premiership.

Remember Port were completely stuffed at the end of 2012, within two years they have stolen the Crows thunder at their new home. Freo have a nice cushy fixture so they should remain thereabouts. Ross the boss might see 2016, but he might be coaching Carlton?

I wouldn't say they have stolen the crows thunder, but outside of the state pretty is spoken of very positively and the crows not so much. The crows averaged the highest match day crowd of all the teams

I'll chuck in a couple of non-football ones just for the heck of it.
- they will have located the plane but no-one will be prepared to pay to salvage it.
- that new train track that bypasses Werribee will be declared a white elephant because it will actually take longer to get to Geelong to Melbourne.
- a couple of Geelong councillers will resign after a confrontation with Darryn Lyons.

1. Dangerfield will be at the hawks next year
2. Ross Lyon will quit at seasons end
3. Bomber Thompson will be in a loony bin

1. Fyfe to almost single handedly drag Fremantle into the GF
2. The top 8 teams to remain unchanged casting shadows on the dangers of free agency
3. Franklin to kick over 120 goals for the season

Dayne Beams to poll top 5 in the Brownlow
Hawforn to miss the top 4, despite an easy draw and being able to get Orourke and Frawley.
GC to make the top 4.
Easy Draw?? We have Essendon, Carlton, Sydney, Port and Geelong twice. Sydney have Gold Coast, GWS, Hawthorn, Port and Geelong twice. Essendon is harder than Gold Coast and Carlton are Better than GWS so you are the ones with the easy draw

LOL, Essendon will be complete rubbish once all their players get banned, and their list is already inferior to GCs, and you play Carlton twice:eek:, double-LOL, they are garbage, and their list is under reconstruction, as opposed to GWS whose list is chockers with first rounders and have only gotten stronger this trade period. Gold Coast and GWS will finish above Carlton, easily, and probably Essendon too.

1. A three-way tie for the Brownlow:
Cunnington
Boak
Malceski
2. Chris Yarran to kick goal of the year Mick McGuane style
3. Ryan Crowley will attempt to win the footy...at least once

Essendon fall apart as Hird leaves mid season stating "it's best for the club" and gets a huge payday for it.

Little begs Bomber Thompson to come back but he turns his back on them.

Gold Coast to miss finals again

Malthouse sacked mis season

I wonder what would happen premiership points-wise if that were ever to happen. Award two points to each team (a draw) or a mutual agreement to be had if a team were to be up by five goals or more when the game stopped.

I remember we were playing Sydney in a stormy final ten years ago and play was stopped for an extended period. The commentators at the time claimed that the situation was unprecedented and the AFL had confirmed that if play was not to resume, Sydney were to be declared winners and move onto a semi final. I guess it was fair because Sydney were up by six or seven goals at that point. Play resumed shortly after and we lost by ten or so goals. I wonder if it would come down to the AFL to declare a winner if play cancellation was to ever occur.

Of course, human life is worth much more than a game of footy, even if it were just a kid playing a joke.
