Carey 2014 better than 2010 IMO. But Uni 2014 better than Carey.
Uni to win by 5 goals.
Carey will need to get some depth and greatly improve bottom 6-8 players if they want to stay in A Grade for a while.

My read on this over the last 6 years:
I haven't seen as much of SKOBS this year.
I do worry that when Lynch and Dowd hang up the boots, the club may drop a level unless they can get the younger players to stick around the club, become more experienced, take the next step.

Uni smashed Carey by 12 goals. Wasnt a bad game and the blow out was late. At 3/4 Time Uni lead by 5-6 goals with Carey coming home with the wind. The last quarter Carey stopped. They looked like a team that was playing their third tough game in a row. Uni went bang, bang, bang, bang and then bang bang.
Big forward 33 was awesome. So many tough strong mids. Also won ressies. Big year for Uni Blues!

SKOB will finally get the opportunity for promotion and St Bedes will regroup and go back up. Hampton Rovers will survive in the division. Parkdale will drop back and Fitzroy will find it too difficult to stay in B. OM's will plat finals again and Old Brighton will be the other top 4 side. AJAX will be thereabouts and Caulfield will struggle. Mazenod are difficult to predict. Ladder predictions for 2015

Dwyer has been reappointed as St. Bedes coach, in doing so the rumours of Lawrence taking the reigns have been put to bed. Disappointing as the away fixture at Caulfield would've been an interesting one.

Looking forward to plenty of local derbies in 2015. It appears Fitzroy is the only side north of the river...

Hope like hell the 2015 Premier B Grand Final is NOT played at Sportscover Arena. Play the grand final at Visy Park Carlton, or Trevor Barker Oval Sandringham. It's fair to say Sportscover Arena's days of hosting the two major grand finals (Premier B and Premier) are numbered.
