Apparently you can do a 24hr race in realtime...who is keen?
I've seen that msg pop up during loading, "Why not grab some mates for some fun and have a real time 24 hour race!" Certainly not my idea of fun

Yeah... I cant imagine me getting away with that. Hey wifey I'll be there in a min, ive got a 24hr race to finish haha
I wonder if there is a trophie for it though...we could one day start it, leave the PS4 running overnight and through the next day and come back and finish it the next night... wouldnt work for Picko atm though as he would be bound to be disconnected lol
have you got this game yet?
Still in transit. Bought it off ebay so should be here by thursday...ish

How does this compare to Driveclub lads? Im half tempted just to pick it up for Bathurst alone haha
I cancelled my driveclub preorder but saw a bit of it at my brothers hose. I was never impressed with it. Project Cars appealed as it was more a simulation based game. The raccing online seems to have less crash and bash style racing which pleasantly surprised me as I didnt expect to race online (sick of crash and bash online racing) but stick to single player
Bathurst is great... promising for the future with new content possiblely being more australian tracks...I want the Adelaide & Gold coast with super cars

Will likely end up with it. Have they got any of the Supercars in the current game?
Not the V8's... GT racers are the closest atm. Not sure when the first extra content comes

there was one, but it was awful. forget its name. just isn't the $$ to make a decent game sadly. TOCA3 was excellent, but didn't include more than a handful of touring car tracks.
V8 supercars 3, eh didn't mind it. I'd play it now if my PS2 worked

They have one in the works, should be added in the coming months
Now that I'm used to the game, tried turning ABS and Traction Control back on last night to see the difference. BANG, instant 5 seconds off my time at Bathurst. As much as I want to go without assists, I think I'm just going to have to use them with the controller, I'm just way too slow otherwise.

Did my win against you at Bathurst rattle you? Dont be a puss and turn those training wheel optons off
I do wonder how many people online play with the aids on... Some of those whirlpool guys do fast laps despite coming off the track a bit and were a good 5secs up on my clean hot laps
I'm at a loss as to how they get that fast. I know they sit in the pits fiddling their tuning set-up during the qualifying.
must be the driving aids... the game punishes you way too much when you go off the track without the aids. Too often they were laughing about flying off the track but still don't give up time

Bathurst is the only track I'm any good at , I do like Spa though.
