His mistake was calling it re tarded. (reminds me of the pathetic Nick Maxwell interview where he called a drawn GF a "joke" and the AFL should change rules based on his disappointment at not getting to lose in extra time?? prompting a private scolding by eddie)
That word re tarded in there got no scrutiny on him somehow... Well the umpires committee used it to see him out at the pointy end.
