Cool, racecourse had to be shut down last year also. I umpired on it the last week before they shut it down last year, absolute bog heap it was then.

help out, mainly with the U12's. The umpires vary a lot, so I'll put you down as one of the better ones

Cheers mate, yeah I'm hoping not to goal umpire this year on the Saturday, just do field both days if I can manage it. Will help me get fitter, only came back from a lumbar prolapse last season, had two years off before that.

See that Gisborne have launched a second club this year. The Gisborne Giants, it will be interesting to see how they develop & If a senior side results a la East Sunbury
