Clearly facts show that he doesn't deserve a contract extensions on his past results .
It would be mates looking after mates if he gets a new contract before the end of 2016 ..
 
Isn't it funny how media just don't like extending coaches contracts no matter who, when and how successful the coach has been. Media should really STFU and let clubs decide.

Collingwood should wait until the close of next year to decide on Nathan's future.

That way they can make an informed decision based on his performance.

Just re-signing any coach willy nilly is a ridiculous practice in sports whereby sporting teams throw money away for nothing, with so many contracted coaches fired prior to the conclusion of their contract.

And Nathan understanding that we have missed the top 8 these past couple of seasons, after arguably inheriting the best team list in the competition will need to earn a contract extension as head coach.

It's a performance game. You can be a good coach, but ultimately it comes down to being a better coach than your peers in this game as that is what you are graded against. And that's the question with Nathan that he still needs to answer.
