AFL vic country has said that there are to be no moves of league etc in 2015 whilst a review of structure takes place

well surely with the Mail Times reporting that Jeparit-Rainbow will join the HDFL for 2015, the new Southern Mallee Giants (Beluah/Hopeton) should look to join the Wimmera league from 2016 or even 2015 if they get their act together. If JR move, then a 5 team league is silly!!!
