Cunnington over Martin everyday of the week. Its very obvious Martin has no growth beyond what he has achieved thus far. Cunnington will get better.
What? I rate Cunnington really highly but Martin has far more potential.

Funny how things can change over a few years. Martin was rated at no 2 by lots of people and is now quite obvious that top 3 would be:-
1: FYFE
2: Cunnington or Gunston
3: Cunnington or Gunston.
His stats this year have been huge - as good as any inside mid. Watch the game before making a terrible call like this.Cunnington at 2/3?
This can't be serious. Cunnington isn't even top 15. He's been awful.

So this year your understanding of how good he has been is better than the coaches? Coaches votes are a good indication on how a player is going.Such over-rating by North fans. Try watching another team play and you might see the other 2009 draftees surpassing Cunnington's ordinary performances.

Cunners and Libba are over rated - your understanding of the game is putrid.
You're a one-eyed supporter unfortunately.
Sheppard is finally starting to come on a bit at least, but yeah crap draft for us.Looks like the coaches agree. What about Libba? Not a dogs fan.
Gee the eagles would be embarrassed looking at the 2009 draft - unfortunately.
Josh Thomas although rightly not top 15 or 20 on any lists, has definitely proved that at pick #75, he may have already be top 30/40 odd in the draft
Logical argument.You're a one-eyed supporter unfortunately.
He does not rate young inside mids. This thread it's cunners another thread it is Libba. Both have big futures and important roles to play. If he can't see that you won't change his mind. His top 15 call is terrible.Logical argument.
I think Cunnington deserves to be top 3, top 5 at the very least. Bulldogs fan here, and I'm not a fan of North at all. His impact on games and his stats show that he deserves to be rated that highly.

Fyfe and Carlisle are the only players that are in front of him. He has out performed every player in this draft this year - fyfe has been suspended so it is tough to include him. He is 6th in the coches vote this year.

I can't really say this without being bias but you couldn't be more bias, if you honestly think Cunnington is better than Martin.
Martin has been clearly the better player overall throughout their careers.

My post said this year.
How many games does a player need to be proven? I think its like marriage. There are no rules, you could get married in 6 months or 6 years. Players can be proven quality, and fast.So Cunnington is now 3rd in this draft because of5 games...... Dat logic

This year he has been. Career - no.So Cunnington is now 3rd in this draft because of5 games...... Dat logic
Talia, Fyfe, Gunston, Duncan, Martin, Christensen and Jetta have been better. Cunnington probably has been the best of this draft, this year alone but to think he is better than any of those is just incorrect. This year he has been. Career - no.
A player like Carlisle has been better but he is really struggling this year.
Inside mids take a bit longer. Would anyone take Jetta before Cunners now? He is setting a high standard in 2014 and if he keeps this up he will come over the top of some of those you have named.Talia, Fyfe, Gunston, Duncan, Martin, Christensen and Jetta have been better.
