No. The OP is right. That game was horrendous to watch and the umpiring was a huge part of it (although it didn't influence the result).

As a supporter you're angry for the BS decisions that go against you, and then you harbour guilt for the ones that go in your favour. They really need to move Chamberlain on.

What was the count in the end?

Seemed, as a Richmond supporter, that we gave away a lot of frees in the ruck, either some sort of blocking or third man up infringement. Hardly any were replayed for me to see if they were really there. Sydney supporters might see it differently.

Was a niggly match. Just players being held and pushed. Just happened all the time and possibly led to some of the other ugly incidents later in the match because it wasn't nipped in the bud when it first occurred.

Thought it went for the Tiges in the ruck, especially early. Derycx (sp?) is a back up and struggled against Maric.
