This is true. And you know what else. People forget sometimes that AFL players even at their oldest are 30 year olds. Young men !! How is the team going to deal with this ?

Even though Phil has been coach only this year he has been around there for most of those players careers as an assistant. And so many 17 year old rookies at the club too.

This is going to be very very hard for them. Phil led training only yesterday
