Based off body language & perform or lack there of, it appears Henderson & Yarran are moving on at seasons end, so why play them.
Because we can't confirm we're happy to let them go (Garlett, Robinson) or else our bargaining power decreases.. And considering they're worth first round picks we have to play them. For all we know their courters might not be able to cough up and we keep them...

Serious lack of available options

Yeah mate I agree, but surely seeing what Watson & others can do would best serve the club....I understand we need to try & remain competitive for the kids coming on but that in most games isn't happening anyway.

Yazz's body language has long been a concern....not just this year.

Fair post, it just eats me seeing what we can do for one quarter but then fold like a pack of cards

We bag Yarran every game (rightfully so sometimes) but its not him that is the reason we are losing tonight, or the week before or before that.

At least Yarran holds his own against his direct opponent, its very rare that I see Yarran's direct opponent be in the best for the opposition.

The reason we get smashed week in week out is that our midfield doesn't do enough to pressure the opposition mids for the whole game.

And our forwards hardly ever lock the ball into our forward 50, thus we let the opposition waltze it out and take it the length of the ground to score.

**** that Hendo. 30 seconds left 60 out, kicks backwards 30 metres. No game awareness.
The Same 3 names pop up again this week. Hendo, Yarran & Jamieson.

Hendo: obviously has other things on his mind than playing footy for Carlton. FFS Hendo, if you wanna play for us, sign the contract now. If you don't, let the club know so we can play someone else in your spot seeing as though you really are struggling to hold your position atm. No other player in the middle of their contract gets a choice on who the coach will be next year so nut up.

Yarran: Is playing for himself. Doesn't want to do any hard stuff and putting as little effort as possible. Sorry Chris, you are skilled and great to watch when 'on' but effort is required at this club right now and you aren't giving any. Trade and get someone who wants to play for the jumper.

Jamieson: Gave us great service through the Dark Years but has missed way too much footy due to his body letting him down. Now he is simple too slow and his footy brain is letting him down due to too much time out of the game. Can no longer make the right decisions required at the highest level. Case in Point - Tuohy running back to take the kick in for Jamo in late the 3rd quarter. No longer trusted for the kick ins.

These 3 are letting the young blokes down who are currently trying their asses off.
Finally, if Hendo is going to stay he needs to sign up now and play down back next year.

Why does every team in the AFL have a system for getting the ball out of defence except for us?

Seriously, we have not one iota of getting the ball out of defence in a structured way, its always just refusing to take the first option and then blindly getting it out of defence.

If we cough up this rubbish, Hawthorn will beat us by 150 points the next time around. We were so bad we cost them a game.
