I'm sorry, but when you get a clear spoil like that, any further contact is incidental. It's pretty much Wingard's own momentum and leap taking himself into Watts' arm. Watts is entitled to stick an arm out to contest the ball (especially if you're going to make a clean spoil such as the above).

Should be play on any day of the week, any player, any side.
