Media Royals strike Gold

Well this is horribly disappointing, shame the club couldn't receive a heads up and a shame that a club like the Royals are following the lead of the Wonders and trying to pick opposition sides apart.. It's s**t like this that will end some clubs in the competition.

Disappointed in you Wise Guy Sam and not surprised that Son of God is trying to continue the trend, looks like signing new talent was only a year one thing for the Royals.

I had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this signing. I had no idea it was even in the works until yesterday. In fact I've only approached The Filth Wizard this season, to which he gave a firm I'm happy at the Dragons, and until a mere half hour ago someone else. I'm not sure what you're alluding to here either. The player I just approached is at a strong club.

The Royals get more players than I do centrelink cheques, not sure if the Royals found gold, fools gold maybe.

I am glad the signing of @bomberslegend2007 is helping divert attention away from the fact that we were a rather inactive team for a majority part of this season, especially towards the end. We've still probably lost more players than we've gained in the last year.

We know.

That's why you'll be in UL's overrated list come next season.

You forgot to add "and we are completely incapable of recruiting new players, so we kiss ass to attract players from other clubs accused of being inactive".

Oh, of course, how forgetful of me. But to be fair, you are only, like, the third least active team now.

The league activity chart has us down the bottom with on of the smallest number of active posters over the latter half of the season.

This is hidden because we post quality but is a dangerous position to be in.

Green highlights the number of occurrences teams went 221* posts over their season average, while red highlights the times teams went 221 posts under their average.

Check out the red on our last month :s We simply don't have as many active posters as other clubs and we lost one of our best in Tommycash who has vanished. If we lost someone else (which is a very real), we would have been in big trouble. We lose two posters and we are in a crisis. You can be as disappointed in me as you like but it would be a hell of a lot more disappointing if I did nothing about our smaller playing list. It's s**t like that that will end some clubs in the competition

I guess that packet of chips trade wasn't worth it in hindsight.

What happened? Why did so many drop off? You must take some blame.

Also I think the gold you think you have found is in fact costume jewelry and it looks terrible

If a player isn't enjoying the team and wants to move on I will do what I can to help them no matter what.

UL had retired at that stage so had limited value. But despite this I was still committed to help him so traded him at his request.

I wasn't offered anything I wanted but wanted to do right by UL so gave him away for free. This sets a good culture I feel. It might be why the Royals are able to attract players.

I personally like UL and would have preferred he stayed but he wanted to go so trading him was actually what was best for the club so worked out great. Even in hindsight.

That reminds me.

Authorities need your help to solve the disappearance of Tommycash. There is a $10,000 reward for any reliable tips.

He was last seen on the night of January 24th 2014 in San Bernardino county, California, with a Franciscan monk named Esperanza, who according to legend was wearing a dark blue blazer. A rational explanation is not necessary. If you have any information, please write to me. You need not leave your name.

I would have stayed at the Royals but obviously my preference was the Dragons and the Royals needed chips desperately
That's my fault. At a club function at Gold City Casino, I threw the entire collection on Black. Red was the end result.

Sure, I'll take all the blame. We had less spam towards the end of the season and mostly just topical posting that was relevant to each thread.

We have had a drop in people, losing the likes of TC out of the blue was a shame and now we'll address it. It hasn't been a problem though, at this stage. But could if we turn a blind eye and lose someone else.

Turns out, a lot of people don't actually like 1000 posts threads and have enjoyed our contributions even though there has been less of it compared to the start of the year and to other teams. I want to recruit a few people to spread the load out, keep things fresh and because it's fun to get to know a new teammate. It's also wise to have some back up in the team in case we have other people wanting to leave.

That's why the Royals are recruiting now.
