Not sure why Ryder and Beams would need to discuss anything.

It's extremely unlikely you will get both and Port is looking more and more like his destination, if he does end up leaving, which despite speculation isn't 100%.

Once Ryder decides, his preferred club needs to deal with Essendon. Port acknowledges Ryder’s worth is a top-10 draft pick. The Power’s first-draft pick is currently at No. 16, bringing the prospect of Port needing to also trade a player to the Bombers.

The Port supporters would send Kenny packing if that deal went through, which it obviously wouldn't.

I doubt we could get any good player to even come to us atm the way our club is currently tbh.
