Salad Roll Combinations

We all have our favourites - need a roll at lunch that will tingle your taste buds if only for a seconds. What is yours.

Mine is and has been for the last 6 months is a Crusty Baguette with roast beef (real beef - not from a loaf), seeded mustard, sliced cheese, spanish onion and it is just bliss for mine.

I love a ham off the bone salad roll.

I had a brilliant lunch today.A prawn salad, with sweet chilli dressing.

Salad roll must have beetroot, sprouts and mayo - not mustard. Preferrably with several meats - salami, ham, stras, chicken, turkey.

and pepper.

If meat is involved; Tuna, Honey Ham, or Roast chicken.

Just the old Roast turkey breast, cranberry sauce, lettuce, tomato and swiss cheese does the job for me .

pastrami, beetroot & nice dill gherkin ( comfort style food from one's childhood)
or
for those low fat dieting days
tuna, capsicum, sundried tomato, olives & red onion no dressing needed - absolutely yum

Can't stand butter/margarine. I don't mind it on toast if it melts but if it hasn't melted I won't touch it.
