49ers OLB Ahmad Brooks has been indicted on misdemeanor sexual battery charges in connection with a pool party that took place last December.

Ex-teammate Ray McDonald was simultaneously indicted on charges of raping an intoxicated woman and won't play in the NFL again. The transgression of which Brooks is accused took place with the same woman McDonald allegedly raped. All of the incidents were believed to be caught on video tape. Brooks is accused of "groping" the woman while she was unconscious. McDonald is in danger of spending many years in prison. It's unclear what will become of Brooks.

Spose i should dip my toes in here even though Hayne has made it uncomfortable to post here, I became a niners guy becuase our kids soccer team i played on as a kid had very similar uniforms to the niners and i thought it was cool
Im trying to be optimistic about the coming season but after the worst mass exodus of players and staff bar a folded club im not getting my hopes up.
