No more than 4 from a team - Vermont already have 4 listed so one of them would have to be dropped to squeeze Greig in.

Not true. Coaches can only choose four players from their team when selecting their side (each coach selects their team of the year, then the sides are tallied up to make the final side), but there's no restriction on the number of players in the final side from any one team - see the Div 4 team for an example, where The Basin had six representatives (Josh WIlson, Matt Smith, Pat Garrity, Todd Power, Andrew Cowlishaw, Shannon Davis) and Chirnside Park had five (Dan Ryan, Dave Mazins, Aaron Pettinella, Matt McNeill, Brendan Murphy)

Also not just done by the coaches it is also the media team as well. As for DMac when he plays on a half back flank maybe he could be selected there. It is not the best 22 players it is a football side.
And while on that Kyle Martin from Noble should have been in ahead of Fiore from Knox as Fiore does not run through the midfield and martin starts there.
Parker a good selection and Vogels very lucky, should have been mcarthy vermont. Vogels played half the year at CHF not full back.
