Stevenson boys will struggle to get a senior game???
Best signing so far Simon Prymke at Wenty, hearing Wenty have also signed some good onballers but not released details yet.
Motlop & Birch both staying at Red Cliffs.
South will find it hard to cover Fitzgerald & Curtis.
Irymple's new full back will be a very handy addition, Irymple the team to beat again.
Baynes adamant he is not playing so he will be a massive loss.

red cliffs to have 6 new indigenous players lining up for them

Imps Fav in my books with Bull back and Jaz Roberts getting fit to commit to playing seniors again (Full Back). Add those two key position players and Imps will be that little bit better and still have depth in the two's and some young U18's that will see senior action again . Things looking good at Imps Town

Iry will not have the depth as a lot of fringe players are on the move also if true no Baynes, Iry will need another key position player to challenge.

Red Cliff will be fighting to keep in the top four but can still scrape in. From the outside culture not looking great with a few younger ones on the move to other clubs.

Wenty will be good if no injuries as still lack depth, a few good young ones coming through the 18's that should see senior action.

Mildura very quite so far going back to the future for there coach.

Robinvale still no coach ??? so little action

South losing a lot of players and looking at spending as cashed up, but little commitment from possible recruits even with the $.

Merbein trying to win a two's grand final

Season will be here before we know it

Dusty Gordon moving to Queensland, Giofre in Melbourne so depth tested more next year than the last 4 years & still cant bring home the bacon.

Imperials-Roberts to slow for senior footy and especially to play from full back.
Wenty- Should finish top 3, with a couple of good signings
Irymple-Lost a couple but still have the dept and can give it a shake, got rid of a no hoper
Red Cliffs-????
South-Will only beat the bottom teams Mildura,Robinvale and merbein
Mildura- No recruits going backwards
Merbein- Where they belong 2nd last
Robinvale- Will they field a side???

Imps be a solid flag favourite for most boys?
Mildura any chance of being contender again? Been a dry spell since the flag of 07.

Robinvale said to be running with their kids this Season, Do they have a good group of kids? or would they be favourites for the spoon at this point?
 
Prymke been a very good player in whatever league he has played & rated in the GDFL top 10 best players at number 5 so will be very handy at Wenty.
Camilleri strong onballer, good overhead for his size & word is has signed with Wentworth.

South will improve with :

Rankin from Balranald
Brougham back to full fitness
Manuel from Bendigo big bodied player
Logie a gun onballer

but will also lose Thomas Fitzgerald & Curtis

Irymple will find it hard to cover :

Curran
Baynes
Peake
Crossling
Gordon
Giofre
Heeps if they are all finished

Pryma has been a gun for years.
 
Im curious as to how the SFNL intends to combine with the junior football league. Surely there not going to try to run five more games on a Saturday plus the extra netball. Some venues could manage these numbers but not all.
 
Sunraysia Daily struggling for news? Back page spreads on both Frankel and Burns over the last few weeks, Frankel would struggle to get a game in a Irymple, Imps or Wenty side, the same with Burns.

No idea who Burns is but Frankel would get a game in any team. Didn't he play interleague last year? Dumb move to the pies though.
