Good to see Victoria have rewarded good form giving Dean a game and not hesitating in not playing Finch or White who have both been in ordinary form. Outside Khawaja and Burns, Queensland look quite fragile but should be a close contest.

Chris Rogers out for Travis Dean is a big loss, but Maxwell for Dussey is about the same and if Hastings replaces Boland then that's probably a positive.

Only concern is there is talk that Patto will be rested, seems stupid at this early stage of the year.

Still a reasonably strong side which is light on for batting as mentioned above, a lot of relying on the all rounders in Maxwell and Christian to make big runs.

White out is big especially given there was talk of him leaving but they kept him around?

Might head in and watch the first session or 2 tomorrow, I usually would have loved day/nighters but this week I am out every night, typical!
