An American friend pointed out to me that these are very common, and are used by every sport from PGA Golf to NFL. Seeing as they're in America, and knowing the way things usually go, it's only a matter of time before they're in Australia.
So, what do you think?
Would you use a Collingwood or Essendon or whatever FC credit card? Do you think it's 'right' that sports teams stick their noses in these things for extra revenue? Is it 'morally dubious' to associate spending with team loyalty? Have we reached a stage where it doesn't even matter and all credit card fees are going to fat-cats anyway, so it may as well go to your sporting team?
