Isaac Smith is from Wagga Wagga

recruited from / junior footy

Eddie Betts, we now claim him as a South Aussie, he was born in Port Lincoln but was raised and played junior footy in Victoria, he is essentially eligible for Victoria, as a guide, use the AFL clubs websites

Junior club Redan, recruited from North Ballarat. Both in Victoria.

This is what I used:

Hardly Junior Footy though @ Redan & North Ballarat

Isaac Smith (born 30 December 1988) is an Australian rules footballer who currently plays for Hawthorn in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Hailing from Cootamundra, Smith played football and basketball with Luke Breust in Temora, with both ending up at Hawthorn where they played together in the 2013 AFL Grand Final. Smith moved to Wagga Wagga when he was 13, where he played with Hawthorn's Matt Suckling in the Wagga Hawks for several years before both moved to the Wagga Tigers where they won two premierships.

Smith later moved to Victoria to take up a Sports Management Degree at the University of Ballarat. Joining his mates at Redan, Smith first aired his raking left foot in Redan's reserves. After winning the 2009 senior Ballarat Football League (BFL) Grand Final, he resisted North Ballarat's overtures to do a pre-season with them, but by midway through 2010, he was not only being pulled again by the Roosters, but pushed from within by Redan.[1]

Smith had a meteoric rise in 2010, starting the year playing with Redan in the BFL and finishing in North Ballarat’s Victorian Football League (VFL) premiership side.[2]

Site I used didn't list him? I don't think he's considered South Australian?
Betts was born in Port Lincoln, South Australia and grew up with his mother in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. He played junior football for the Mines Rovers Football Club. At age 15, Betts had intended to move to Port Lincoln with his father to continue playing junior football there. However, he kept getting into trouble off the field, including smoking, drinking, drugs and truancy. As a result, his mother arranged for Betts to instead move to Melbourne, under a program run by indigenous former footballer Phil Krakouer.
Is an interesting one. What's the consensus knobby?

Eddie is a Crow !

But seriously considering a lot of his football development occurred in Victoria he would be considered Victorian.

No fixture, all 4 teams head to head so to speak, scores will be determined, using round 13 scores and scores from previous rounds for AFL clubs not playing Round 13, Geelong round 1, GWS -2, Melbourne - 3, North Melbourne -4, Port Adelaide - 5, West Coast - 6

Bench players will score as well, but the sub will only be used as per normal AFL TM system. Remember though on the bench you will need 1 back-up ruck, KPD, KPF the other 3 can be what ever mix you like

Mate, all good you obviously have a lot more important stuff to attend to, so I think everyone would understand.

Yes can tweak no worries at all.
