A couple of mates and I are going to have a crack at this challenge. Over 7400 steps.
I was wondering if anyone has done something like this and can give me some hints.
At the moment, I run 10-12 km three times a week. Now I have added stairs into the runs. 100-250 steps.
My fitness base is ok, but I need to add a few specific elements to my training.
Any suggestions will be gratefully accepted.
