CHAPTER I - DURATION

The 2015 Big Footy Survival Tipping game Regular Season will start on Thursday the 2nd of April and Will end on the last match of Round 23, The Finals Series will start on the First Game of the AFL Finals Series and run until the Grand Final.

CHAPTER II - PICKS

All players must submit their pick for the round on the MONDAY before the round. The picks will be accepted up until 11:59:59 PM AEST.

CHAPTER III - WHAT TO PLACE IN THE PICKS & HOW TO SET OUT YOUR PICKS

You must predict ONE team who will win, The team who will score the most goals in any match of the round and the margin of the game in which you have placed your survival pick.

HOW TO SET OUT YOUR PICKS (For Example): Survival Pick: North Melbourne, Margin: 11, Team With Most Goals: North Melbourne

CHAPTER IV - RESTRICTIONS

During the season you may pick every team once and 5 teams an additional time.

CHAPTER V - LIFES

A player can make wrong picks as long as they have a life to use. If a player makes a wrong pick when they only have ONE life remaining they are instantly eliminated. Furthermore failure to submit a pick will result in a loss of life.

CHAPTER VI - GAINING LIFES

A player will gain ONE life if their margin is exact. A player will gain TWO bonus lifes if their margin and most goal scoring team is correct, A player will be granted a bye for a round and the highest possible score of 300 for that bye round as well as THREE lifes if their Survival Pick, Margin and Most Goal Scoring Team is Correct.

CHAPTER VII - SCORING SYSTEM

SCORING (A): If a survival pick is correct: 100 points

SCORING (B)

Exact Margin: 100 points
Within 1: 90 points
Within 2-6: 80 points
Within 7-12: 70 points
Within 13-18: 60 points
Within 19-24: 50 points
Within 25-30: 40 points
Within 31-36: 30 points
Within 37-42: 20 points
Within 43-48: 10 points
Within 49-54: 5 points
Within 55-60: 1 point
Within 61+: 0 points

2nd Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 95 points [90 points]
3rd Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 90 points [80 points]

5th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 80 points [60 points]
6th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 75 points [50 points]
7th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 70 points [40 points]
8th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 65 points [20 points]
9th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 60 points [10 points]
10th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 55 points [5 points]
11th Highest Goal Scoring Team Picked: 50 points [1 point]

CHAPTER VIII - TIEBREAKERS

If players are tied in points at the end of the season then the first tiebreaker will be: Most Lifes Remaining, The second tiebreaker shall be: Most Points From Margin Picks, Third Tiebreaker will be: Most Points from Highest Goal Scoring Team Picks.

If players are still tied then a countback will be conducted to see who first lost a life.

If players involved in the countback have not lost a life then a random draw will be conducted to determine seedings.
