Finally that time again! After more months off that the number on his back, it's time to once again celebrate our own Taylor Walker with another 8 goals!

Straight onto the stats, which sees a big chunk of change. From the goal assist/secondary assist list, we move Vince and Riley to the "other team" category, and say goodbye to Callinan and Johncock who, sadly, have finished their contribution to the great man's tally. On a happier note, however, we add three new names to the secondary list with Jenkins, Lyons and Betts all doing their bit. Douglas continues to hold the goal assist lead, but Wright has closed the gap to a single goal. Fittingly, the goal before Walker's injury was a result of Jenkins -> Wright -> Walker against Carlton, and his first goal after injury had the exact same signature.

Goal Assists:

1. Douglas - 15
2. Wright - 14
3. Petrenko - 12
4. Vince (O) - 11
5. Van Berlo - 11

Finally, Taylor Walker now sits in 10th place on the Crows all-time goalkicking tally, as can be seen below. An (A) denotes a still-active player for the Adelaide Crows. With Porplyzia unlikely to have much further contribution, Walker looks set to become the highest-scoring active player in a Crows guernsey, with his nearest competitor in Dangerfield 33 goals behind him. Only twenty more goals before Walker can knock Tippett of the list, as well!

1) Tony Modra: 440
2) Mark Ricciuto: 291
3) Andrew McLeod: 277
4) Scott Welsh: 270
5) Brett Burton: 265
6) Darren Jarman: 264
7) Tyson Edwards: 192
8) Kurt Tippett: 188
9) Jason Porplyzia: 180 (A)
10) Taylor Walker: 169 (A)

OP updated, video added to the playlist. Man, it's good to be back. Fingers crossed Walker's next big bag is only a week or two away and we can do it all again then! :p

Thanks for providing me with yet another piece of video evidence in my ongoing case against all those flogs who STILL insist that Douglas has no left boot.

Goal 167 :thumbsu:

Hard to watch the goal against Carlton just before he did his knee.. Jeez it brings back devastating memories knowing what is to come.

However even though it did seem to fk up our year last year I seriously think this is the best we've seen from Tex (perhaps not including his game vs Melb). He looks so much fitter/trimmed rather than bulky which was Sando's obsessions last year. He will be our NRoo but able to kick the goals.. He also looks so much more intimidating without the mullet and I have no explanation for that but....

Have had to include Tex in my avatar simply because of the amount he makes me smile

! :p

Who'd be happy if we gift Porps a few games at FF to knock Tiprat out of our top 10 list?

#knockoffkurt
#takeouttip

do sound a bit harsh though and people may get the wrong idea...... :p
