Wookie had a look

1. Why does the Memorandum have items underlined and crossed out? Is this a draft copy of the changes of the old Memo?

2. On page 10 I noticed old Bill Mclelland and then other names that didnt mean anything and then after the last one it said - Dated 13th day of June, 1929, which to me suggests its a draft as mentioned in pt 1.

3. The Articles of Association look ok with the definition of clubs page 1 including all the clubs in 1993.

4. It is dated 19th July 1993. So I assume that's the date the Crawford Report recommendations about transferring a whole series of powers from the clubs to the Commission was fully implemented.

Yep 4 above confirmed on this page of the AFL website about the Commission and listing Commissioners and their CVs as at November 2007. Cant find a current Commissioners page.
