Your taking that comment out of context - Just because Melbourne have sloppy seconds, doesn't mean what Melbourne is taking from us is s**t. He is essentially saying Melbourne are s**t at building their own team, so they sponge off the better teams. Bit like a scavenger at the bottom of the ocean - that is probably a perfect analogy for you to better comprehend what he was saying

The title is getting closer! Huge game next week.
If Victory supporters think poaching the best striker in the a-league will fix their problems, they are clearly kidding themselves. They will still leak goals and will still be inconsistent because they won't spend any money on their defence.
All Brisbane has to do next year is get a decent striker with pace to partner Solorzano and we will be fine. We have shown we can score without Berisha because our midfield (when they are on the park) are the best in the competition.

Agree with the first part in that we have problems outside of our strikers, but Solorzano is just shite.

But if you actually believe that ridiculous logic. Best you turn a blind eye to your goalkeeper Theo who played 71 games with the Victory including our 1988/89 premiership prior to joining Roar
