Barring a miracle the 8 is set. Melbourne can still finish 4th if they beat Brisbane and Cronulla lose to Manly. Unlikely both will happen.

5th, 6th and 7th remain up for grabs with some games to effect those placings. The Bulldogs seem the best set to grab 6th if the Storm falter on friday night with a game over the Warriors. Souths will need a major form turnaround to beat the Roosters, so they should finish 7th.
