There is a growing suspicion within the Penguins that Gillis may not be authorized by Vancouver ownership to move Kesler. That seems to be a new development on Wednesday.

So Kesler remains.
I am happy with the Gaborik trade. It's low risk, low reward and we essentially gave up a second to get him. Frattin was ghost whenever he played, and wasn't in the team at some points.
