They're just as much for forearms as biceps, basically.
In the gym, a guy comes in for a strong broworkout.
Four sets of dumbbell bench
Two sets of incline dumbbell bench
Six sets of bicep curls
All terrible form, of course.

I was doing well with weight loss but then I went on a one day binge a few days ago and I'm waiting to see the damage.
How is your training going? I read on the Fitness board that you're slowly gaining muscle and losing fat
Haha, ah well, just get in now and work even harder to counteract the binge.
Yeah, getting there. Slowly. Quite slowly, but getting there.
Fat loss' probably the biggest priority, but as I'm trying to regain mass as well it's going to take some time.
I'm pretty content with where I am right now, though.
I've been feeling unmotivated lately, but I'm really just trying hard to force myself at the moment so a routine becomes normal again.
Way off ripped. Need to tighten my diet up, quite loose the past month (don't even go there PP). I eat 1 bad thing and I instantly feel fat.
Do you do much cardio?
Might be time to start introducing a bit of that, too.

As of this week, I'm back to 5 days a week again.
I followed Rippetoe's method of squats and it was so much better. I guess I've been doing them totally wrong all these years.
What's his method?
