Pinched one with Primus and Francou out all year, Pickett, Hardwick, James, Wanganeen, Kingsley and Carr missing huge swathes of footy, Lade playing the Grand Final with stress fractures in his spine, Tredrea nursing tendinitis and a dodgy AC joint and Wilson needing both shoulders reconstructed.

Pinched one.

With a 20-5 overall record and a 7 goal win on the last day in September.

The cowvertiser tipsters aren't doing too well. Including blokes like Ricciuto, McDermott, Tredrea as well as the journalists and people from sundry other sports. Best after 2 rounds has 12/18 with some having as low as 9. As always they showed they can't spell by describing Essendon's win over the Hawks as a win over the reining premiers instead of reigning premiers.
Neither the Power tipping on the portadelaidefc website or the Port Adelaide BF tipping is very good either with the best being 14. Three of the teams that have probably surprised the most have been GWS and Western Bulldogs, both doing better than expected and GCS who are doing worse than expected.

Apparently Gerard Daffy has tipped Melbourne to beat Port.



At least Ricciuto, and Claire Lindop, have tipped North Melbourne.

nah wouldnt have pinched it last year, we were good enough, still are hopefully. 07 may have pinched one from geelong but last year we were clearly as good as any, winning finals in perth and had we kicked straight v the hawks, plus dominant form throughout the year proves we were good enough.

Then you've got KG & a few other mouthpieces in the media having a laugh at us being 0-2 all echoing the same season over line after being 0-2, they have short memories when Sydney were 1-3 last year & made the GF.

A win today is crucial, beat North & we could still end up 2-3 slight chance of being 3-2 after 5 rounds regaining momentum if Lobbe is fit to play next week.
