1) Your top 3 v My top 3. Honestly, I'd take mine. I think Dangerfield is better than Cotch, and I'd take Watson before Swan. You can have JPK over Judd if you like.

I'm taking a bit of an artistic licence with some positioning (Tippett, Thomas, Stanton, Martin) but some of these issues should clear up later in the draft, while others will have to stand.

I think the weakness is, like you've said, the positions held by the players. Too many midfielders and not enough specialist flankers etc. I'd look at moving a few of the mids like Lewis to the bench and target some actual forwards and defenders.
